Hans Peter Bopp
Mr. Bopp is of Swiss origin and is qualified as an economist with additional focus on financial accounting from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). After serving with the Swiss military he embarked on a career in the banking sector, doing traineeships Swiss Banks and with Crédit Commercial de France (now owned by HSBC) in Paris and then worked as an accountant.
The period spent in finance and accounting was followed by a move to the metals sector, where Mr. Bopp spent 10 years in various positions with companies ranging from Alusuisse and Alcan Aluminium in London and Zurich to Silicon Smelters (Pty) Ltd. At this point Mr. Bopp switched from the corporate sector to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
Since 1979 Mr. Bopp has successfully founded and developed companies in sectors from metals, to specialist construction and electrical equipment supply. Mr. Bopp extensive and successful entrepreneurial experience combined with his understanding of finance makes him uniquely positioned to direct Liquidité Capital Partners.
Kenneth Maillard
Mr. Maillard is the Managing Director and co-founder of Belvedere Management Limited. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified accountant of the UK as well as an Associate Member of the UK Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner. He has previously worked in the offshore department of Arthur Andersen Mauritius as well as for international companies both locally and abroad.
Mr. Maillard’s experience with international fund management companies and allied tax knowledge makes him well suited to give input into the structuring of the investments that Liquidité Capital Partners will and have entered into.
In addition to the above skills, Mr. Maillard also has experience in the field of compliance, company secretarial and corporate governance. This experience is invaluable to Liquidité Capital Partners as it seeks to ensure that its clients’ interests are safeguarded.
